What does freeze‑dried mean?
We remove water from fruit and coconut yogurt under low temperature and pressure, locking in flavor and giving an ultra‑light crunch without frying or baking.

Are your snacks vegan?
Yes. All UNJUNKD snacks are plant‑based and dairy‑free.

Are your products gluten‑free?
There’s no gluten‑containing grain used in our recipes. However, always check each product page and allergen note.

Are your snacks kid‑friendly?
Yes! Many families love the texture and taste. As with any crunchy snack, supervise little ones.

What do they taste like?
Think creamy‑meets‑crispy: fruity, tangy coconut‑yogurt notes with a satisfyingly light crunch.

We use real fruit. Natural variation in harvest and freeze‑drying can change appearance slightly although the flavor stays on point.

Do you use artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives?
No artificial colors or preservatives. Flavor comes from real fruit and our coconut‑yogurt base.

What sweeteners do you use?
Most of the sweetness comes from real fruit, with a little help from allulose derived from figs.

Suitable for specific diets (vegan, dairy‑free, kosher, halal, etc.)?
Our products are vegan, Dairy free, gluten free and Kosher.

How much is shipping?
Calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Free shipping thresholds will be shown in your cart when available.

Where is my order confirmation?
You’ll get an email right after purchase. If you don’t see it, check spam or promotions.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We try to pack fast. If you need a change, email us ASAP with your order number. If it’s already shipped, we’ll help with next steps.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?
Email snacksupport@unjunkd.co with your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right where we can.

What’s your return policy?
Since UNJUNKD products are food items, we maintain strict health and safety standards and can't accept returns. But if you're not happy with your order for any reason, reach out to our team at snacksupport@unjunkd.co within 14 days. We're here to help and we'll figure it out together.
